Their friendship spans an impressive 16 years, and they both have proudly held managerial roles, showcasing their leadership skills in addition to their extensive customer service experience. From working together in conversion and lead management to excelling in live chat for a non-profit and mastering the art of cold calling, they have honed their skills across various domains. With a combined experience of over 15 years in the field, these business partners are true masters in creating unforgettable customer experiences. They firmly believe that exceptional customer service is an opportunity to make someone's day brighter. Both are alums of Western Kentucky University – go TOPS! Their educational background, combined with their hands-on experience, has shaped them into exceptional professionals.
Introducing Jenni Aryee, Co-Founder, a down-to-earth and relatable soul who knows how to embrace life and excel in the customer service world. With a warm smile and a genuine love for connecting with others, Jenni creates authentic and meaningful experiences for every customer she encounters. She is deeply involved in the community, residing in Bowling Green, KY, and is married with two kids – a 10-year-old boy and an 8-year-old girl. Jenni understands the frustration of being on the other side and strives to treat each person as she would want to be treated – with kindness and respect. Her passion for customer service stems from her own experiences as a customer, where she knows the impact exceptional service can have on someone's day.

She is also actively involved in her community, residing in Russellville, KY, and is happily married with an 8-year-old girl.
